Rib Eye Roast
Today's dinner is easy. Grind up some garlic bulbs, tarragon, marjoram, parsley, lemon rind, lemon, and olive oil until a paste forms. Cover a rib eye roast with this paste and bake. Enjoy.

PHILLY STEAK CASSAROLE
All the taste of Philly Steak, Without the carb laden bread! Sharpen your chef's knife and slice the rib eye steak very thin, saute it with a small bit of onion, mushroom and peppers only for taste, you can eat the meat and leave the veggies later. Layer the steak in a casserole dish with cheese, sprinkle more cheese on top and broil in the oven until bubbly and golden. Remarkable. Even the leftovers are scrumptious, If there is any, that is.
CARNIVORE BREAKFAST
Eggs over easy and turkey sausage. The butcher at Sprouts makes this amazing turkey sausage. Excellent for a late morning breakfast. Going great with Cage free eggs.
DRY SPICE RUBS FOR BEEF
I have been experimenting with dry rubs lately. I have found that my trusty Dean and Deluca spices and herbs, ground up in by mortar and pestle work great with added dried onion and lemon peel zested from my Meyers Lemon tree. Excellent on Ribeye Steaks when rubbed with olive oil and dry rubbed, then grilled on the Weber grill. Delicious.
