Steamed Parsley Butter Cod

For this dish:  Take 4 nice  fillets of cod fish and add a little dry spices. Black cracked peppercorns and dried tarragon were used here. Place in a colander or steamer basket and then place that over a pan of hot slightly boiling water. Cover.
For the parsley butter: Mix 4 Tablespoons slightly melted butter with fresh or dried parsley (about 3-4 Tablespoons). Check for fish done-ness by flaking with a fork. Place a pat of the herb butter onto your fish plate (Those seen here are the "Athena" plates from my local  Pier One.)  Remove fish onto plates and spoon some of the herb butter mixture on the top of the fish. Serve.
