Carb-Free Chicken Piccata


Buttery, Lemony, Chicken Piccata. You won't find flour, wine or pasta with this one! Ingredients are:
2 lbs Thin chicken breast, juice of 4 lemons, one small jar capers, butter for pan cooking, fresh garlic to your taste, parsley.
Cook your chicken in a pan over medium heat with the butter, When chicken is golden brown: turn down the heat to simmer, add ground black pepper, lemon juice, parsley (reserve some for garnish), add pressed garlic, capers. Allow to simmer to tenderness, and serve in plates, pour the sauce from the pan over the chicken, with lemon slices and garnish of extra parsley. This is warm, full of flavor, and very filling.
